We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day (Mon - Fri)
UK DESTINATIONS:
- England - Average delivery time 2 working days
- Wales - Average delivery time 2 working days
- Scotland - Average delivery time 2 working days
Shipping costs are based on the standard courier regions.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for on delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with a number for you to call to discuss re-delivery or pick-up.
It is possible to specify a safe place to leave your order, however, we do not recommend this and cannot be held liable for any orders left which subsequently go missing. Please include your 'safe place' in the comments section of the check out form and we will add this to your delivery instructions.
Once dispatched delivery is usually overnight, however, some areas of the UK may take a little longer.
In the unlikely event that any products on your order are out of stock, we will email you to confirm the options available to you or to suggest alternatives. Please make sure that your contact details are kept up to date otherwise this may delay delivery of your order.
